Return Process

  Ensure the item is in its original packaging, unused, and accompanied by the original sales receipt; please note that custom-cut lumber and special orders are non-returnable.

  Visit Our Service Desk

  Bring your item and proof of purchase to the customer service counter at our Coconut Grove location for immediate processing of your return or exchange.

  Inspection and Approval

  Our hardware specialists will inspect the returned goods to verify condition and quantity before authorizing the refund to your original payment method.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once approved, refunds for credit card purchases will be processed immediately, while cash returns over a certain threshold may be issued via a corporate check for security purposes.
