What are your shipping and delivery options for lumber?
We offer local flat-bed delivery for oversized lumber and building materials within a specific radius of our yard, as well as standard ground shipping for smaller hardware items and tools.
Can I place an order online and pick it up in-store?
Yes, we offer a convenient 'Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store' service. Most orders are ready for collection within 2 to 4 business hours, provided the items are in stock.
What is your return policy on building materials?
Unused hardware and tools can be returned within 30 days with a receipt. Please note that custom-cut lumber, special-order doors, and tinted paint are non-refundable.
Do you offer professional discounts for contractors?
We offer a Pro Rewards program and volume-based pricing for licensed contractors and trade professionals. Please contact our Pro Desk to set up your account.
Can I request custom wood cutting or milling?
Absolutely. Shell Lumber provides professional milling services, including custom ripping, cross-cutting, and planishing to meet your specific project dimensions.
